We explored the arena of pelvic artery intervention in patients with erectile dysfunction and/or lower urinary tract symptoms, and demonstarted, not only the feasibility and efficacy of penile artery intervention, but also that penile artery stenosis is an important and a common cause of erectile dysfunction in patients older than 50 years of age.
