What is it about?
What do schools do when they internationalise their education? Do they internationalise because they are under market or institutional pressures? Or do they internationalise because the school's stakeholders want to? When they do, what are the outcomes?

Why is it important?
Internationalisation of education has become a real 'buzz'. This research is unique in the sense that it makes an original contribution to a topical body of knowledge, especially in the areas of interationalised primary and secondary education.
Perspectives
I hope the reader can appreciate the theoretical as well as the practical implications of my case study research. School practitioners can learn from the hands-on data. Researchers might be interested in replicating -some of- the work that I have done, but in different contexts.
