What is it about?
Although Ireland has traditionally taken a similar approach to the UK in relation to consumer law, in recent years it has been greatly influenced by European Union policy. This article examines how consumer law and regulatory policy in Ireland is likely to be impacted by Brexit, and the kinds of differences that may emerge as between Ireland and the UK.
