What is it about?
Carrying out real-time evaluation can be a complex and daunting task, especially in resource-limited settings. This article shares the learning from Zambia during conduct of the Gavi Full Country Evaluation and is a must read for practitioners as well as those looking to set up such evaluations as it shares some good practices on real-time evaluation and process evelaution generally.

Our experience shows that flexibility and adaptation to the environment being evaluated is critical and we share some lessons on how this can be done.
