What is it about?
This study analyzed the syllabi of massive open online courses in the humanities. We found that although proponents of MOOCs claim that the courses are so great because they provide education to those most in need, in fact many MOOCs cater to already-privileged students and achievers and in many ways fail to support the most underprivileged.
