Why is it important?

Remix has become a significant part of creativity in our global culture yet is mostly ignored in the classroom as a teaching tool. This author believes remix can "spark" creativity for students and prepare them for employment where creativity is increasingly valued.

Perspectives

I hope the value of remixing can seen by others who teach. I hope they utilise this under-appreciated activity in their classrooms and watch the sparks of creativity fly.
