Why is it important?

Since stress and sickleaves due to psychiatrical diagnoses are hugely increasing in several countries it is extremely important to do anything possible to stop this development. To use Munik as a diagnose tool and Reteaming as rehabilitation it is possible to stop this poor situation.

Perspectives

Hopefully we can learn employers and employees to create good and positive work environments, and to reduce organisational stressors så all personell will get the benefit of positive and unstressful work environment.
