What is it about?

Even though there has been a shift in risk communication from one-way to two-way dialogue and ongoing risk communication is often favored over one-time efforts, theories on risk communication from the communicator’s perspective have not yet been adapted to reflect these changes. Hence, in the present study, I departed from three components: within-communicator, relational, and content when examining long term risk communication in the forest sector in Sweden.

By using a comprehensive approach when examining risk communication from the communicator's perspective (also including relational issues) the understanding of long-term risk communication can be much improved.
