It is the author's hope that ultimately, online game-based role-play simulations will provide a cost-effective medium by which users from all walks of life have an opportunity to learn how to better manage difficult conversations to bring about positive changes in health behaviors, especially in the large numbers of geographically dispersed people that would benefit the most from such training.
