What is it about?
This paper discusses role of clinical pharmacists in providing medicine and therapeutic information for improving cancer care. Medicine information provided by pharmacists also helped to add value to the knowledge of oncology clinicians and nurses. Role of clinical pharmacists in educating nurses for responsible use of anti-cancer drugs was well discussed in this paper.

Why is it important?
Medicine information is essential in oncology care due to increasing newer drugs and updates of existing cancer therapy. Patient specific information which can be directly applied to improve care of cancer patients is the demand by clinicians. This service helps to meet demand of clinicians and assist them to reduce their time to search information.
Perspectives
There are very few papers discusses exclusively on role of clinical pharmacists in providing medicine information in oncology care. This paper can be useful for oncology clinical pharmacists who are working for evolving health care system.
