it is the first study in this manner, meanwhile it showed although bleeding decreased, but one of the most complications of bleeding which is acute kidney injury was not decreased
Perspectives
the findings of this article was very interesting to the team, because obviously we thought that the rate of AKI would decrease. I hope the other investigator also study our findings and other studies perform about the probable effects of fibrinogen on kidneys
