Psychometric Properties of a Career Exploratory Outcome Expectations Measure

What is it about?

We focused on childhood career development and developed a new means to assess social cognitive mechanisms involved in career exploration of middle school students: the Career Exploratory Outcome Expectations Scale (CEOES). We present the CEOES and the scale's psychometric characteristics, including the IRT procedures and correlational analyses used to test the structure, response scale, reliability, and validity of the measure.
