What is it about?

The student teaching experience is the capstone project for students majoring in education. This study examined the perspectives of four veteran music teachers on their roles as cooperating teachers. Themes such as the motivation to serve in this role, the relationships they have with the student teachers, and the mentoring strategies they employ are discussed.
