It is important because it is an empirical case of second-order corruption. Also we contribute to theory by making some propositions on the causes and effects of this specific type of corruption.

Perspectives

Personaly, this publication is very relevant to understand corruption and its operations. Also, it opens paths to further researches on corruption.
