What is it about?
Resistance and change are two sides of the same coin, the one can't without the other. And this is just what happens when you engage in changing others: people pushing themselves forward, holding back, forward and back again. Taking another perspective - introducing a cybernetic perspective - makes you more aware of the paradoxical nature of change and the cyclic behavioral patterns during change processes.
