Why is it important?

It is a timely addition to the extant scholarship. It is conceptually and empirically rigorous. Not much work has been done on the complexities of the negotiations between the US and India.

Perspectives

For me this book was delightful. I gained some invaluable knowledge and was delighted that I got an opportunity to review this fine book. Ravi deserves credit for comprehensively researching the various facets of this important very important topic.
