Why is it important?
One of the strongest aspects of this research, and perhaps the most important, is that it is unique because it presents a synthesis of research that has produced first-level evidence of nursing and ethics. Second, the exclusion of gray literature may seem to increase the risk of bias, but as no meta-analysis has been conducted, the gray literature has not significantly changed the results.
Perspectives
This review study can be seen as a long-standing complicated and controversial outcome of nursing and ethics. The study in this direction has been conducted to determine the current state of knowledge about nursing and ethics and the knowledge and experience based on the evidence in this regard. This systematic review focuses on studies that provide first-level evidence of nursing and ethics using a different perspective. Ethical issues encountered in the field of ethics and nursing are seen as universal in many aspects.
