What is it about?

Nurses who treat prisoners in the hospital sometimes look up information about their patients' criminal history on public crime databases. This paper argues that this practice is unethical. In order for nurses to fulfill their moral responsibilities to their patients, they ought to refrain from accessing information about a patient's criminal history.
