What is it about?
This article explores the doctrine of Trinity in the thought of Hadewijch of Brabant. I show that her creative construal can be seen as an early feminist theology.

Why is it important?
Hadewijch is less known by many contemporary theologians. Here I show that her Trinitarian thinking is of importance for the revival of Trinitarian thinking from the margins of power.
Perspectives
I hope this publication would encourage more theological explorations, especially those of mystics who were not parts of the official body of Christianity.
