What is it about?
Role of energetic supply to neurons in development, leading to different characters of thought and action, some of them developmental psychopathologies
Featured Image
Why is it important?
Suggests supply chain failure in feeding neurons may be distributed throughout the brain. The insufficiencies are particularly problematic when affecting neural "hubs". It may cause a quilt of signs and symptoms shared to different degrees by various personalities, some of them categorized in the DSM.
Perspectives
This is the culmination to date of a theory conceived by V Russell, T Sagvolden and others at the Norwegian Institute for Advanced Study a dozen years ago.
