Different strategies to change the flutter characteristics for an aerodynamic surface has been summarised and applied to study their effect.

Perspectives

Realizing the importance of flutter phenomena for flying object it is an interesting and good study. It has something for novice as well as expert researchers in the area of research. I expect the work will be cited in many publications as it is an outstanding and understudy issue with Aerospace Vehicle designers.
