What is it about?
This paper talks about a method to reduce particle adhesion in gas cyclone separator. This method is to place a wedge ahead of the cyclone inlet, which, in fact, changes the particle inlet position. The mechanism is supposed to be related to the particle-flow two-way coupled interactions.
