Why is it important?
It can be difficult for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially microbusinesses, to meaningful engage with colleges and universities. This study highlights the importance of entrepreneurial ecosystems and how undergraduate students from various disciplines can gain career-related skills while simultaneously supporting local economic development efforts.
