Why is it important?

The case study presented illustrates a learning process which has implications for University - Industry relationship. The organisation in question - which is very important for the innovation and business development environment in Iceland - seems to have passed through an inflection point in it's development through an emergent process. An understanding of that process could be seen as a key for further succesful development of the organisation.
