Why is it important?

We devised a platform for testing different dissent management scenarios to help both management and dissenters collaborate effectively for the benefit of the organization.

Perspectives

I have enjoyed writing this article with my co-authors who helped me learn allot along the way. I am very excited about studying this prevalent organizational issue and the novel approach we used. I hope the findings are helpful to ​both managers and academics.
