It is proposed a learning organization model that is based on four fundamental pillars that identify the development of learning in organizations: learning leadership, learning structure, learning opportunities, and learning culture.

Why is it important?

Educational institutions are constituted in open organizations committed to change. For these challenges organizations need people, structures, and values that are identified with continuous learning and individual and organizational development.

Perspectives

This work opens the possibility for the development of educational organizations and proposes four fundamental pillars that identify a learning organization in the context of educational institutions.
