Forgiveness at Work

What is it about?

People who are more forgiving employees tend to also have better health and work-related productivity.

Why is it important?

Few people realize the damage done at work by harboring grudges. Forgiveness is a way to manage difficult situations at work and potentially improve health and productivity. The costs of unforgiveness, such as sick days, sabotaging a co-worker's projects, etc., can be significant and can be dealt with in more productive ways.
