What is it about?
Children are generally assumed to be more spiritually open than adults and this affects how ministry to them is done. This approach to ministry depends heavily on a limited understanding of the image of God in the child. This article challenges those assumptions.

How we do ministry to children is based on what we think children are. Increasingly ministry to children is non-directive. This article suggests this approach is flawed.
Perspectives
I hope this article may make those involved in ministry to children rethink their approach and reasoning, particularly those who consider themselves evangelical and make use of the Godly Play system.
