What is it about?
A test review of the Cognitive Abilities Test, 7th edition (CogAT7). The test is an excellent measure of academic aptitude, especially for English language learners.

Why is it important?
Tests that can be used across diverse populations are needed in more American school systems. The CogAT7 seems to be a good step forward for diverse learners, especially English language learners.
