We have provided decision-makers and researchers with comprehensive baseline data and a materials flow diagram to enable them prioritize interventions for system improvement.
Perspectives
This article shows that cooperation and collaboration between researchers and city managers can result in positive outcomes that can go a long way to support low- and lower-middle income develop locally responsive interventions to improve upon their complex and numerous solid waste management challenges.
