Why is it important?

If our growing older population understood and lived by the slogan "Use it or lose it" they would live longer and adapt to aging better. Reducing ageism would also help make their aging happier and healthier.

Perspectives

I have personally tried to maintain my activities in four areas: physical, mental, social, and professional. I also try to avoid all ageism.
