Why is it important?
This article is a ground breaking presentation of human dynamics and behaviour, that Ken Mellor has developed for several decades. Easily understood, produces fundamental change, used by many practitioners and lay people. This is new material, which has nevertheless been used by many practitioners and lay people since the late 1970s.
