Why is it important?
There is no research exploring the efficacy of mindfulness in the Looked after children population.
Perspectives
This is a service evaluation project conducted on a small sample size (n = 9). The results are therefore less generalisable. Nonetheless, the finds are invaluable and can inform future research to explore this area of work that has not been investigated previously.
