What is it about?
Integrating care is a key part of health and social care service delivery today. This paper looks at how this can happen across the different sectors of health care and social care. Three vital activities are identified to ensure success: leadership, communication and joint education.

Why is it important?
The findings draw out three areas to prioritise to help make integrating across health care and social care work.
Perspectives
I think this paper is important for two reasons. One is the focus on AHPs rarely found in the literature. The second is the literature is awash with papers on integration and this one distils three areas to focus.
