Perspectives
Using the Health Belief Model to understand how people would react or adopt security behaviour is an important contribution this study brings to the study of terrorism and victimization. People will adopt safety behaviour when they perceive themselves at risk of attack, severity of the other attacks and experiences of victimisation of friends and neighbours. We belief this model is vital to understanding behaviours in terror zones
