This article describes the ultrasound method of diagnosing neck vein obstruction due to chronic infective inflammation of the neck veins and cerebrospinal venous circulation. In addition the article explores a diagnostic protocol for chronic persistent chlamydia pneumoniae infection of the vascular system.
