Perspectives

Studies that show potential complications of procedures play a fundamental role in the scheduling of treatments taking into account risks. At present, foam sclerotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of varicose veins and other diseases. However, as this study was carried out in an animal model, it presents limitations for human model projection. Even so, it serves as the basis or point of inquiry for further studies.
