What is it about?
Revisiting the 1995 Hawley Report and extracting the key messages about the value of information and the risks of mismanagement for organisations and emphasising why information management should be managed from the top of any organisation. Identifying and listing the new challenges and opportunities of information management in the 20 years since the report was first published.
Why is it important?
It's an increasingly information-led world and the timeliness of reintroducing the concepts and ideas first mentioned in the Hawley report is obvious.
