The result of the article may contribute to identify patient at risk. These patients may benefit from a more proactive approach in their initial admissio, and should be under closer follow up by their community doctors

Perspectives

I think some patients will suffer greatly from epistaxis. While these patients are the absolute minority of the cases, i believe these are the ones who need our help the most, therefore, effort should be made in identifying those patients and understanding the ways to reduce this burden of them
