What is it about?
We tested 75 healthy subjects using videonystagmograpy. 55% of the healthy subjects showed nystagmus in Dix-Hallpike position.

Why is it important?
Positional nystagmus is not always BPPV, in order not to overdiagnose or misdiagnose International diagnostic criteria should always be followed.
Perspectives
Misdiagnose is common in BPPV.
