What is it about?
Four dose groups are used in the Tg.rasH2 carcinogenicity studies. Vehicle, low, mid and high. WE have proven that the high doses set at MTD derived from 28 day DRF studies fail and do not contribute to the purpose of the study so we recommend to eliminate the high dose.
