What is it about?

This article addresses the predominant causes and consequences of corruption followed by anti-corruption and bureaucratic reforms to combat corruption. This undertakes a critical approach which is followed by alternative measures, as emphasised by interview participants in the field, concerning links to religion and ethics that can better curb corruption in Afghanistan.
