What is it about?
In any church context, when culture evolves, there is a chance that there will interpersonal conflicts concerning the choice of music used in worship. This paper provides evidence that when these conflicts occur, people are more concerned about being respected, maintaining relationships, and fair decisions than they are about the music that is finally chosen.

Why is it important?
