Why is it important?

Earlier most of the work focus on more and more government spending whether from State and centre but this articles emphasizes on private investment with support from banks. It can happen if the people have updated land records to provide as security and there is improvement in law and order. For big industrial investee, the ban on entry, licence and purchase of even project land by outsides are suicidal to common man of NEI though leaders of the region are making their investment outside north East. Some of the recent measures by Central government are in line with suggestions of author .

Perspectives

I think officials and planners associated with the DONAR Ministry of North East must have look in the suggestion to prepare road map.
