What is it about?
The Linacre Quarterly has been around longer than any other medical ethics journal in the United States, and possibly in the world. Connecting real life physicians with the ethical issues they face in the clinical setting is the mission of the Linacre Quarterly. Analyzing the preferences and comments of the LQ readership, the LQ editorial staff is already making improvements to the strong points of the LQ while promoting innovations to capture a wider audience.

Why is it important?
The LQ has never before published a piece on a survey of its readership and it seems this is also the first time the LQ has provided its readership with the intentions of the editorial staff.
Perspectives
The LQ hopes this article will intrigue and inspire our readership to become more engaged with this award-winning journal.
