What is it about?

It is about teaching mothers how to develop social stories and video images and how to deliver social story and video modeling intervention to teach social skills to childen with Autism spectrum disorders. Moreoever, the effectiveness and efficieny of mother-delivered social story and video modeling were examined.

Why is it important?

There is a gap between school and home in terms of using intervention. In order to close this gap family members should consider to take the role of trainer at home to support training of their children. In addition to that although many parents want to participate in this process they simply do not know how to. This study give an example to the parents about how to develop and delivere intervention and teach their kids.
