What is it about?

This research is about simulating phase change graphite materials using mechanical systems such as springs and dashpots.

Why is it important?

This research is important because there will be an empirical equations for representing phase change materials (PCM) under compression and under tension. The PCM materials are important materials for energy storage applications and for renewable energy systems.

Perspectives

I wrote this article while I was working with AllCell Technologies. This article was a unique one since it combined the mechanical aspect and energy storage applications for change phase materials.
