What is it about?
The paper offers an explanation of the regression of Africa based on epistemological considerations; and urges as a solution to this regression solar renaissance as the return to the scientific religion that characterized Africa before the immixtion of Western thought through Arabs and Europeans.

Why is it important?
This paper depicts the higher situation of the thinking of Black people and of its technology, compared to the West, before the intrusion of Grecian philosophy. It urges that the return to this highest position has as prerequisite the re-inception of our original scientific religion and its accompanying initiatory educational frame.
Perspectives
It has been prophesied by the Persian ,Egyptian and Kongo sages that this new millennium will see the awakening of the higher thinking of Black people and its preponderance other Western paradigm. The essential condition of this advent is solar renaissance as the return to the scientific religion that characterized the ancient civilizations of Sumer and Egypt and which is the original brand of African traditional religion.
