What is it about?

What makes innovations survive? Are organizations that learn, adapt and fine-tune their innovations better at keeping their innovations alive? Turns out, they are. Organizations with cultures that are open to critique, debate, and experimentation have more sustainable innovations.

Why is it important?

Innovation is needed for the public sector to earn their citizens' trust. But, innovation also breeds disruption, whilst citizens look for stability. This paradox can be solved by creating innovation that are made last. This article shows how this could be done: through cultures of feedback, accountability, and learning.
