Why is it important?
Most Biographies state that we know little of Tyndale's early life, in this article I have extracted autobiographical illustrations from Tyndale's writings: also the probability that he went to Catherine, Lady Berkeley's Grammar School.
Perspectives
All the documents relating to Catherine, Lady Berkeley's Grammar School from the foundation Licence signed by Richard II have been consulted to help us understand more of Tyndale's life before he went to Oxford.
